Advertising

Advertising is compulsory as per the current Standing Supplementary Regulations and MSA Bulletins. Please note GCR 247(ii), SSR 193.9 and SSR 193.10

Penalties

As per SSR’s 161 to 193 of the current MSA Handbook

The penalty for arriving late in holding area at the start will be R500.00

Impossible Times

The Clerk of the Course may at his sole discretion adjust any Special Stage time that is deemed to be impossible. The offending crew will be accorded a time 10 seconds per kilometer or part thereof slower than the fastest car in the same class.

Classification will be drawn up and posted as per SSR 193 (21) of the current MSA Handbook.

Licences

PLEASE NOTE!!!! The minimum license is a National Rally Competitors license. Competitors cannot upgrade from a Regional to a National one event licence. If they have a Regional Licence they can purchase a One Event National at a cost of R800.00. They can however upgrade from a Regional to a National yearly licence at a cost of R850.00

Regional Competitors can take part in the Regional Event with their Regional Rally license. NO LICENCES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT DOCUMENTATION. (GCR 127)

Regional Championship

Day one and day two of this event will form 2 rounds of the Eastern Cape Regional Rally Championship. Day one will count towards Round 2 and day two towards Round 3. Each day will be scored individually. Scrutineering for day two will take place at the Parc Ferme, Kings Beach, on Saturday morning from 07h30.
