Licences

PLEASE NOTE!!!! The minimum license is a National Rally Competitors license and REGIONAL competitors entering for the National Event must obtain a National One Event upgrade from MSA BEFORE the rally at a cost of R400.00. Regional Competitors can take part in the Regional Event with their Regional Rally license.
NO LICENCES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT DOCUMENTATION. (GCR 127)
