Entries and Fees 2010Entries open: Immediately Entries close on: Friday 9 July 2010 at 17:00 (GCR 99 vi refers) Details concerning the co-driver can be sent in up to: 16 July 2010, which will also be the closing date for late entries. (Late Entry fees will apply). Entries forms may be faxed or e-mailed to the number listed below together with the deposit slip. The original must be presented at documentation. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if less than 30 entries have been received by the closing date. Competitors wishing to purchase extra copies of the Route Notes and/or DVD must contact Leon Botha directly on 082555 3119 and must indicate as such on the entry form. A Private entry is one that has no commercial entrant’s license and the car is owned and entered by a member of the crew. The Organisers will determine all such entries and this decision will be final. The entry will only be accepted if accompanied by total entry fees. An entry not accompanied by the appropriate entry fee stated in the SR’s shall be invalid, GCR 95. Entry fees will be refunded in full:

Insurance Cover. MSA Policy no 19377266Public liability cover is R10,000,000.00 with excess of R5,000.00 payable by the entrant. Cover applies only while competing on the event as per MSA policy. Competitors enter and compete at their own risk. The organising clubs, officials decline liability in any incident / accident caused by or to competitors and their vehicles during the whole event. Entrants, competitors will have no claim against the organisers or landowners of private property arising out of the act or default of or by them, their servants or officials before, during or after the rally. LicencesPLEASE NOTE!!!! The minimum license is a National Rally Competitors license. Competitors cannot upgrade from a Regional to a National one event licence. If they have a Regional Licence they can purchase a One Event National at a cost of R800.00. They can however upgrade from a Regional to a National yearly licence at a cost of R850.00 Regional Competitors can take part in the Regional Event with their Regional Rally license.
